You can see it in his eyes. This dachshund, affectionately named 'Bozo' by the staff at Sterile Feral in Rome, Georgia, is one of the many dogs rescued from the West Virginia puppy mill raid last Saturday. Sterile Feral took in three Chihuahuas, five dachshunds, seven shi tzus, six Pekingese and three poodles. The dogs arrived in Rome last night and will soon be available for adoption. “It might be two to four months until they are adopted because we have to identify health issues,” said Sterile Feral founder Jane Berry, pictured above.
