Colin McRoberts blesses Debbie Russell's smooth chocolate 'Kowalski,' during a pet prayer service on September 8th at The Village at St. Barnabas, a retirement community in western Pennsylvania.The rambunctious wiener dog is a regular visitor at The Village, where Russell's mother, Arvella Wilson, lives. McRoberts stared into the pup's eyes and thanked him for bringing joy into his owners' lives.
