we spent much of the weekend watching old war movies on TCM. there's a lot about wartime prejudices that is good to leave in history -- couldn't believe some of the dialogue in those hollywood scripts. peace to all, especially the oft-misunderstood doxie. :-)

It is sad that such a horrific, horrendous time in human history could bleed into the canine world and be associated with our doxies.
