Dachshund Causes Car To Flip

An unrestrained Dachshund in the car is being blamed for a bad accident which occurred on Saturday in Wichita Falls, Texas.  "The dog may have been under the driver's foot at the time of the accident," Lana Fix, an Animal Control Officer, said. "So it wasn't restrained in any way."  Human was taken to the hospital, Dachshund is at Animal Control until human released.  Source.

I found your blog through a link to Terry Pond the Doxie artist.
I love this place!
Looking around your blog yesterday, I wondered if your readers would be interested in my Wienernational shoes and a few other things I've created in my Zazzle Gallery.
I'll be looking into the Doxie car harness.
Thanks for what you do here!

Thanks, Joey & Maggie! We have had many customers tell us how their dog was saved from injury, thanks to our harness!

I forgot to add the link! They don't call me Biddy Brain for nothing.
Here's the link to the Wienernational shoes:

Brilliant idea, April.

It doesn't seem fair to blame the dachsie - here in Texas people drive into BUILDINGS on a regular basis for gosh sakes.

Yikes! I had a kitty almost do that to me one time - after that I kept her in a crate if we had to go anywhere. It is very scary.

Thank you so much for the discount code! I'd been thinking about ordering a Hug-a-Dog vest for some time, but needed a bit of a nudge. Our little guy might not be all dachshund - we think he's a chiweenie - but he can wiggle out of an ordinary harness in no time flat.
