How wonderful to come home after a hard day at work to a greeting like that! This is just one of the many things our dachsies give us every day - pure, innocent happiness and love.
That is why I love dogs so! Coming home to my Milo being all excited and happy is the best part of my day! I look forward to it from the moment I leave for work in the morning!
Walking in the door and being love attacked by a sweet little Dachshund should be a right in this country. I have that with two wonderful puppies and it fills my life with joy. It's funny because the dogs get so excited to see me when I walk in but I think I am even more excited to see them. I believe that the interaction in this video is a little glimpse of heaven or at least how it should be.

Adorable! We have a larger version of that with our American bulldog Echo - she just loves her Daddy!
That is so cute. I wish I could do that with my 4 dachies but Shilo gets sooo excited he will pee on me. LOL. Gotta love em!!!!
