'Owen,' a miniature Dachshund owned by Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Fire Company firefighter Jim Shepard, although declining to test out a new pet oxygen mask, seems to be happy about the fact that two kits were donated to the firehouse by Tony Trasatti of Invisible Fence in Doylestown this morning.
