Kisses! Meet red smooth 'Jasper' and his human Bernard Christelle, who hail from Sun City, Arizona. Jasper lost the use of his legs several years ago when he attempted to jump from the couch and onto a chair. He missed the chair and in the process broke one of his vertebrae and separated his spine. Many people have asked, Christelle said, why he didn't euthanize Jasper after the dog's injuries failed to heal.
"I wouldn't even think about it because this dog means so much to me," he said.
