Dachshunds Celebrate New Years in the News

This is handsome smooth chocolate and tan piebald 'Jake' sporting his Tennessee best while being picked up by his human, Dianne Walls from Chattanooga, at a New Year's eve parade on Monday in Tampa, Florida.
