Hurricane Preparedness

Be Prepared!  Like good Boy Scouts, 'Jetson' and 'Jordan,' two of those HANDSOME five Sheridan Avenue Boys, are ready for Hurricane Irene should it hit close to their Virginia home.  We hope you're prepared too, and stay safe!

"I think we need some boots also."

  1. Is there anything cuter? They need rainhats too.

  2. We are in a holding pattern here on the RI coast. So far, it looks like we're right in Irene's path, which is not good.
Those raincoats are cute, but they'd blow right off in a Category 3!
Mom seems a bit worried, but as long as I can eat, I'm fine!

  3. Yikes! Here's hoping the storm changes path. The rainwear is adorable though! I say the Pups would make great weather Dogs. Love the expressions on their faces.

    Good Luck

  4. These were so funny/cute! When I saw them yesterday, I had to run upstairs and get Honey's raincoat and do our own version of hurricane preparedness, too. We are lucky - we won't even get rain, even though we are in North Carolina. Godspeed to all of those in danger's way.

  6. Thanks everyone! We're keeping our fingers crossed here in VA. Looks like it's coming in at a Category 2 but we are 3 hours away from the coastline. We're expecting some rain and windy conditions but not severe at this time. Be safe Everyone!

  7. I'm in Wilmington, NC! Right on the coast and my little doxie/lab was just outside staring at the sky (it's very windy)

  9. Pet safety during a hurricane is so important. Your little fur babies are just adorable as can be!
