Those Special Dachshunds: Happy 15th Birthday Max!

Will you look at what a handsome guy 'Max' is? It's no wonder he's a champion. May bones rain from the sky on this day, his 15th birthday! His human, Jean S. writes:

Dear Joey and Maggie,

Max, aka Ch. Gemdach’s King of Hearts , turns 15 today, September 14th. He’s a retired show dog living the good life in Texas. He credits his longevity and good health to acupuncture, Chinese herbs and lots of healthy snacks and love from his family. He loves to snooze in the sun and foster less fortunate dachsies through DFW Dachshund Rescue.
