Meet gorgeous red longhair 'Edgar,' who hails from Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, just a few miles outside of Minneapolis. It breaks our hearts to share his tale, as he was recently stolen from his home during a break-in. His mom, Meaghan Dop, is a great dachshund lover, and Edgar has his own beautiful page on Dogster. Here's a short excerpt from kare11.com:
When asked if she had a message for those who took her dog, the response was direct, and emotional.
"Edgar has a home, a mom who loves him very much, and wants him back home."
If you live in the Twin Cities area, please keep an eye out for Edgar. There is a reward for information that leads to his return. Read more about him, and see a news video at kare11.com. See more pics of Edgar, and stay updated on the story at Dogster.
Please come home soon, Edgar.
UPDATE 1/25/2009: Edgar The Stolen Dachshund Comes Home!
OH how sad- and how worried Edgar's mom must be. Those bad people! Come home soon Edgar!
ReplyDeletePoor Edward. His mom must be going out of her mind with worry. I won't even let myself imagine that happening to Ruby.
ReplyDeleteWhoever took him, do what's right and return him. His heart will never belong to you.
