Dachshunds are the cure for what ails you! The Times Standard out of Eureka, California offers up a nice article on a local program called Prescription: Pets, the local affiliate of the Delta Society's Pet Partners Program. 'Aristotle,' a 3 month-old chocolate and tan longhair puppy, was stolen along with cash and a digital camera from the Humane Society of Huron Valley Friday night in Ann Arbor, Michigan, prompting the agency to offer a $500 reward for his safe return. UPDATE April 24, 7:14 AM: An Ann Arbor police officer was able to track down the stolen dachshund puppy. He noticed a homeless man carrying a dog for the first time, and later saw the pup's photo on the front page of the Ann Arbor News. He had remembered seeing the man getting a free meal at a church, so he went there and asked around to find where he was. Read all about it at mlive.com.
