The 86th and 87th All India Championship Dog Shows took place in Bangalore, India, over the weekend. The championships, organized by the Mysore Kennel Club saw more than 470 canine contestants of 53 breeds. The wire-hair dachshund was listed as one of the 'rare breeds' among the particpants for this India showing.
