If you live in the Midwest, don't miss the 11th Annual Midwest Dachshund Festival tomorrow, September 8th, 2007 in Danville, Illinois. The event is now organized by Dachshund Rescue of North America, and over 300 dachshunds are expected! There will be vendors, wiener races, costume contests, dachshunds on parade, and lots of other fun contests.
