I immediately kenneled him and took him to my vet. We had him on meds and kenneled except to come out and go potty, for almost 6 weeks. I talked with my vet about doing the acupuncture. We started his first treatment and the following day he was walking normal. We completed the treatment segment of one month. He will be 11 years old on Christmas Eve and we have not had any more incidents since that time. I highly recommend acupuncture. It saved my little guy I am sure.<br />Nancy Rodley-OregonNancy Rodleynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5954899999461832288.post-70298289396910921122008-04-28T18:36:00.000-05:002008-04-28T18:36:00.000-05:00I have had doxies for years and use to work for a ...I have had doxies for years and use to work for a Vet that did acupuncture. When one of my doxies became paralyzed from a disc putting pressure on her spinal cord we started treatments. Within 6 weeks she was walking normally and bowel and bladder control had returned.Nancy Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08420082141229774913noreply@blogger.com
